At MaxLumens, Inc. we pride ourselves on customer service.  We all have years of experience in retail or customer service fields, and only want the best for our customers.  We TRULY appreciate any money entrusted to us for our products and understand how hard that money can be to come by.  With that being said, there will be problems, and that is why we offer the MaxLumens one year warranty on all of our products.  The warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects or flaws.  It is only valid for the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.  The lenses are not covered under warranty unless damaged during shipping.  Also, these are electrical devices.  We cannot be held liable for the incorrect connection or installation of these items.  For warranty repair, the customer may be required to send their product back to us at their own expense.  If you encounter any shipping issues or are sent the wrong item, please let us know ASAP.  We abide by the best rule around.  “Treat others as you would like to be treated.”  It has served us well so far, and hopefully we can impress you with how we do business.
